General Admission requirements

GEI accepts Thanawya Amma,  Thanwaya Azhary, Industrial Secondary Schools (three or five year system) Arab and Foreign equivalent certificates, and transfer students.

The Ministry of Higher Education determines the minimum grade for acceptance each academic year.

GEI International Guide

 

  • Transfer students must fulfill the admissions requirements, including having attained the High School Certificate with a score complying with the regulations of the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities for the year during which the certificate was obtained.
  • Students must submit official transcripts of completed courses taken, with detailed course descriptions and grades achieved.

  • Tarsheeh Card (Official Acceptance Letter) - Receivable upon applying through Tansik Office/Website.
  • 12 passport size (4*6)
  • Copy of National Identification Card.
  • Birth Certificate – Computerized
  • Original High School Certificate
  • Military Service Form “Namozag 2 Gond” (Egyptian males only)
  • Military Service Form “Namozag 6 Gond” (Egyptian males only)

  • Statement of candidacy from International students' office.
  • Copy from High School Certificate.
  • Copy from Passport.
  • 6 coloured photos - passport size (4*6)
